Facebook workshops, a first in Scotland

horizonscotlandOur team has developed a series of Facebook and Twitter workshops for businesses interested in using Social Media to engage with their online customers. These  interactive workshops are delivered at our new training facility at Horizon Scotland, Forres.

The aim of the workshops is not only to guide you through the process of setting up a Facebook business page, but also on how to grow your fan base and engage correctly with your customers.

The workshops are hands on; meaning that you leave the day with a working Facebook page which you can edit, maintain and develop to a successful communication and customer service tool. 

Micro blogging site Twitter has seen a meteoritic rise since President Obama, Jonathon Ross and Stephen Fry have adopted this mini blogging tool and no day goes by that Twitter, Facebook or Youtube is mentioned on TV, Radio or newspaper.
