Germany’s Ph.D. Scandal: Were Degrees Bought?
When completing my 24 hour TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) course I met a very odd Irishman who had bought a degree on eBay. He said that even purely because he had a “degree” he was earning nearly double than his collegues who had TEFL certificates but no degree. So, after completing the TEFL course and having a “degree” he would earn well over double what the other teachers at his language school were earning.
