10 successful Facebook Business Pages
Came across this blog posting from Willis Wee on successful business Facebook pages which makes good reading. The first one being a frozen yoghurt company called Ben & Jerry. Their secret to success? In their own words; Ben & Jerry’s is more than ice cream, it is a community.
That’s exactly what social media is about. Create communities which will promote your brand, provide feedback and help with product development. The power of having a following of almost 1 million fans(!) is enormous and has obvious advantages. We’re not there yet with our Facebook page (66 fans!) but we’re working on it! ;)
