Social Media and New Roles For Employees

Social Media and New Roles For Employees is the title of a great article featured in Business week this week. It describes how employees working for a business can act as a guardian for their company brand and why business owners should encourage their employees to protect the brand message. In a time where we here more and more stories about business owners blocking access to social networks I thought it was worth sharing. From a business point of few they just need to think about a good social media policy and strategy and why not hire a social media manager or coach to achieve this! ;)
