We:
-
offer training at our social media training centre or on-site to help organisations create a vision for social media’s role and define practical steps for implementation - create corporate social media implementation strategies, policies, procedures and workshops
- facilitate the implementation of social media in an organisation, working with management teams, IT and other stakeholders
- advise on management of social media for efficiency and effectiveness.
Having worked in large organisations, we are aware of the quality, regulatory and legal frameworks that can constrain activity, and are well practiced in ensuring compliance. We also recognise the need for technology investment to involve the corporate IT team and for clear returns on investment to be identifiable and understood from the outset.
