Hi Mary, Thanks for your comment. Don't worry about not getting to grips with Twitter, most people take some time to "get" Twitter. This Twitter for business guide might be useful. Also using a Twitter dashboard tool like Tweetdeck or Seesmic can prove very useful. PS my private Twitter account is @tuminds

Hi rene i was at the assc conference at striling uni. since then i have a personal facebook account, a business page and a twitter account. I just can’t get to grips with twitter at all. Can you talk to anyone? and how will tweeting and talking to everyone help my business? I found you on twitter but wasn’t sure if I replied to you, if i was also replying to all your twitter followers too!

Thanks – sorry if comment sounded negative, not the intention.

Any plans for this application to be deployed yet? We are looking into future options for delivering walking routes to mobile phones – especially useful on phones with GPS as the route track can download to the phone together with the description. Viewranger is one option but I’m interested in how your app will work.

I agree that 3G is at least as important as fixed line broadband access – it would be nice to have a plan with timescales for its rollout here.

On a plus note, the app is designed to work happily and speedily on 2G – even without Edge. We only transfer tiny amounts of information with unchanging data stored on the phone. We’ve tested it here in Forres where 3G is just a dream.

In the next release we intend to add an offline mode too, for where there is no signal at all. It’s a little more challenging – keeping it both up-to-date and easy to use, but we have a prototype working.
