TouristSite’s dashboard provides news, information and insight. It reduces the time required to monitor and manage a sector and associated social media, and provide information that is expensive or difficult to collect.
The dashboard provides at a glance, real-time information about social media conversations, blog posts and news items relating to the sector – including competitors, local businesses, visitor conversation, reviews and statistics.
In addition to automated collection of information, our team provides regular insights: interpreting, annotating and summarising information tailored to each client.

Business Barometer
TouristSite’s dashboard can also analyse voluntarily submitted information from businesses – for example occupancy rates year on year. It can display them as tables or graphically, for example as a codified map or graph.
We can even import, incorporate and portray third party information – such as average TripAdvisor ratings for an area.
Web Analytics
Analytics, ranging from the number of times a business was contacted online through to where iPhone application users were when they accessed TouristSite information. Trends can be monitored and planning based on the information.
